Rusty Bike Wines is a small boutique producer located at Houghton in the picturesque Adelaide Hills.
The winemaking process is traditional. The grapes are handpicked, fermented in small batches, basket pressed and followed by slow maturation in quality oak. The ciders are made with 100% fresh Adelaide Hills apples which are juiced and then small batch fermented.
